My pride wants to say, “I don’t need God; I’m perfectly happy without Him. “But real happiness comes only when I’m willing to HUMBLE myself and with my life do what He wills. The process may be painful, but it also brings deep joy in the midst of challenging days. In other words, God lifts up those who are humble and comforts those who are suffering. That was good for Job to know, and it’s also good for us to know today.
